The Queen Anne’s County Commissioners approved a resolution that sets a policy when deed restricted open space land is annexed into a municipality for development.
The county commissioners voted 5-0 on Dec. 18 to approve resolution no. 07-22, which was endorsed by the Regional Council of Governments of Queen Anne’s County in November.
